SensorValueBuf[5]= (t_C-SensorValueBuf[3]*10-SensorValueBuf[4])*10;
SensorValueBuf[0]= rh_true/10;
SensorValueBuf[1]= rh_true-(SensorValueBuf[0])*10;
SensorValueBuf[2]= (rh_true-SensorValueBuf[0]*10-SensorValueBuf[1])*10;
