SensorTile license申请出问题

今天在做安卓的设计了，但是由于需要用到步态分析，所以今天进行了相关的license的申请，但是我接连发了3次！都没有收到对应的license只是收到了第一份等待的邮件，每次都这样，其他论坛朋友都说，几分钟就能收到，我都等了几个小时了?
